
Robert Shedd is currently Co-founder and VP, Product & Technology, for Three Screen Games, a Philadelphia-based social gaming startup. He is leading the company's product development team, which launched their first game in September - FanGamb. Robert is also responsible for the company’s operations. Previously, he was Senior Consultant and Project Manager (CRM Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse in the Financial Services sector) with IBM Global Business Services. He is also actively involved with entrepreneurship. Robert currently serves on the board of directors for Lion Launch Pad, a business accelerator for Penn State undergraduate entrepreneurs (now an official center of Penn State University).
Robert enjoys working with other aspiring entrepreneurs, whether it’s consulting with startups or presenting on growing ventures. He has guest lectured for courses at Penn State, taught sessions on technology and entrepreneurship, and has presented at several conferences.
Prior to Three Screen Games, Robert worked with several entrepreneurial ventures, including Shedd Technologies International, an independent web development and strategy consulting firm he founded in 2001. He is an alum of Penn State's Schreyer Honors College and the College of Information Sciences and Technology.

In early 2009, Robert co-founded Three Screen Games, a Philadelphia-based social gaming startup, with two other Penn State entrepreneurs. The company was selected as a DreamIt Ventures company (a Philadelphia seed stage accelerator) and launched its first game - FanGamb in September 2009.
Lion Launch Pad is Robert's Schreyer Honors College thesis (PDF, 4.7 MB) realized. Robert's thesis explored the need for a business accelerator at Penn State which would help aspiring undergraduate entrepreneurs "bridge the gap" between a promising idea and a startup venture. The Lion Launch Pad is a center of Penn State dedicated to providing that assistance, and Robert sits on the board of directors, remaining closely involved with the development of the organization. From 2001 to 2007, Robert founded Shedd Technologies International and worked with over 50 global clients as a web development consultant and project manager. STI offered a variety of web consulting solutions and services, including web presence strategy, software system engineering. Robert formed and managed global offshore development teams for multiple engagements, as well as developed and released both open-source and commercial software, which was downloaded by over 30,000 users.
